The IKEA store offers a variety of facilities so that customers can enjoy shopping comfortably. We have IKEA restaurants and cafés where you can taste traditional Swedish food, as well as a play area where you can play for small children.
Delivery and collect
There are a several ways to collect your package. Delivery at selected date/time, order online and collect at store, pick up at Pick Up Point with reducing delivery fee. Service fees can be found here.

After purchase support
Change Delivery Date/Time
Check the status of your order and you can change the delivery date in our self service portal.
Return・Exchange・Cancellation
Within 365 days from the date of purchase at the store or online store, if the assembled furniture is unused and there is no problem with the product. You can find also cancellation policy here.
Spare parts
Find and order screws, cam locks, dowels and more for BILLY, HEMNES, POÄNG, MALM and other IKEA products. Get for free and delivered to your address in about ten days.
Assemble for you
With IKEA assembly service, you decide how to spend your time. Because some days, assembling furniture is fun and fulfilling. Other days, not so much. Our professional, convenient service lets you get life sorted instead of sorting screws.
Buyback & Resell
With Buyback & Resell, you sell us used IKEA furniture you don’t need in a safe, streamlined way year-round. You’ll get IKEA credit. Someone else buys your old stuff second hand from us and gives it a new home. Everyone wins, especially the planet.

Need to make room for your new sofa or mattress? On delivery of your new IKEA mattress or sofa, we are happy to take the old one away and recycle/reuse/dispose of it for you. Free of charge.
