Free delivery campaign!

Free delivery within the main area for purchases over 50,000 yen. Discounted rates are also available outside the main area. This also applies to collect at IKEA pick-up point.
Until 8 April 2024.

    • With a single bill of 50,000 yen or more
      • Free delivery service to your room (within the main area). 
      • For delivery outside the main area, the fee for delivery to your doorstep will be 4,500 yen less than the fee for delivery to your door. (Example: 9,000 yen instead of the usual 13,500 yen).
      • This also applies to Pick-up Point service.
      • Pick-up at pop-up stores and in-store pick-up are also free.
      • This also applies to small item delivery service. If you use the small item delivery service at the store, one package for every 50,000 yen will be delivered free of charge.
    • Fees for incidental work for delivery services are not subject to discounts under this campaign.
    • Purchases at Swedish Restaurants, Swedish Bistros, and Swedish Food Markets, various service charges, and optional delivery charges are excluded.
    • Free delivery is limited to one destination per order.
    • If the number of orders received exceeds our forecast, it may take some time to deliver.
    • When other dicount offers are used, this campaign is only eligible when the purchase after the discount is 50,000 yen or more.

    • Please specify if your purchase to be delivered to your room or at your door at the time of order. We do not accept changes after payment has been made. There is no difference in price when this campaign is applied.
    • The delivery campaign will run from 15 February 2024 through 8 April 2024.

You can also request delivery after purchasing the products, at the delivery counter.

  2. Requst for delivery service to the staff at the sales floor
  3. Pay for the order form in the checkout area on the day
  4. Receive the goods at your home or specified delivery address.

[After purchase] How to use the service

  1. After purchasing the product, pack the product yourself at the packing table in the delivery service area (free packing materials available. Special boxes, cushioning material, tape, etc.)
  2. Bring the to the box to the delivery service counter.
  3. Request for delivery service (please request supplementary services here if needed)
  4. Pay the service fee.
  5. Receive the goods at your home or specified delivery address.

About delivery date and time

  • Date can be specified from 3 to 14 days from the date of order (depending on delivery area and congestion).
  • Time can be specified (depending on delivery area and congestion).
  • The holding fee of ¥ 2,000 will be charged if delivery is requested on or after the 15th day from the date of purchase.
    (e.g. for a purchase on 1 May, the fee will be charged if you requested the delivery after 16 May, can be specified up to 30 days in advance. Non-refundable. We also charge the fee in case of absence or change of delivery date). 
  • Contactless delivery unavailable for truck delivery

Note for customers considering large items

If you are thinking about purchasing large-size furniture such as Sofa/Mattress/PAX Wardrobe, etc., please note that large package products may not pass through narrow doors or stairs to your room. Please check the package size and delivery route before purchasing.

Collect at IKEA Pick-up point

IKEA delivers to the IKEA Pick-up point near you, and you carry it to home. This is a significant cost saving compared to regular Truck deliveries.

The working days vary depending on IKEA Pick-up point. Please arrive at the date and time specified when you place your order.

  • Maximum combined weight is 300kg for this service.
  • Outlet products, plants and food are excluded from this service.
  • Products are not sold at IKEA Pick-up points.
  • This service is available only when there is a stock in the shipping store. Please check the information of each Pick-up point to check the shipping store.
  • Please ask one of our sales staff before check out when you wish to pick your goods at IKEA Pick-up Point.
  • Service fee will not be refundable if an order is cancelled.
  • Only orders for IKEA Pick-up point can be returned by bringing the goods to the same IKEA Pick-up point. Please contact the customer support centre with your receipt and the email you have received when placed order.
  • If a product purchased with a discount from a campaign is returned and thus no longer qualifies for the campaign conditions, a refund will be made after deducting the amount of the discount from the price of the product.

Please check the package size and weight on the product page in advance, to ensure that the product you are receiving can be loaded into your car.

<Online store>

  1. Add products to the cart and then select "Collect", and click "Check online availability and delivery options".
  2. In the "Collect at pick-up point" section, select your preferred IKEA Pick-up point from "Select a pick-up point" button. Then, select the date and time for pick-up.

3. Pay for the goods and services together.

<IKEA store・City shop>

If you apply at an IKEA store, ask the staff at the sales counter before you pay.

How to receive goods

Receive the goods at IKEA Pick-up point on the date and time specified.

  1. An email with the title "IKEA 注文番号:" or "【IKEA 〇〇】オーダー".
  2. Identification documents (driver's licence, insurance card, etc.)
  • We ask customers to load the products.
  • Upon receipt, customers must check the packaging of the goods themselves to ensure that there is no damage.
  • If the person receiving the goods is different from the person who placed the order, please make sure to inform us at the time of ordering. When receiving, please bring the email received and the identification documents of the person who placed the order on the day of delivery.
  • Please note that a holding fee of JPY 2,000 per week will be charged after one week from the specified date. If the order is not received within one weeks from the specified date and no contact is made, the order will be cancelled. Please note that the service fee will not be refunded.

Click and collect

You can save the time for shopping by using Click and collect, in advance at online store. We will be waiting for you with all the products you ordered ready.
When you pick up your order at the City Shop (IKEA Shibuya or IKEA Shinjuku) and the IKEA POP-UP Stores as below.
You can also order more products that are not available in city shops.
* IKEA POP-UP Store in Kyoto opens for a limited time: 3 October 2023 - 7 April 2024.

Regardless of the price, weight or size of the product. ¥300
Weight and size restrictions apply when picked up at IKEA City Shops (IKEA Shibuya and IKEA Shinjuku)  and IKEA POP-UP Stores eligible for the service.

About pick-up date

Date can be specified within 2 to 10 days from the date of order.
(If you are to pick up at IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku and IKEA POP-UP Stores eligible for the service, you can choose the date within 5 to 10 days from the date of order.)

Conditions

  • Foods, plants and putlet products are not available for the service.
  • If you became not available on thescheduled pick-up date, please contact the Customer Support Center.
  • If we are unable to contact you after one week from the scheduled pick-up date, the order will be cancelled.
  • If the order is cancelled, the service fee will not be refunded.
  • When you pick up your order at a city shops (IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku ), the following conditions (calculated by the system) will apply to the products you pick up.Per order: volume maximum 0.11 m3 and weight mzimum 30 kg.
    • The service can be applied for from both IKEA online store and IKEA stores nationwide.
    • When you pick  up your order at a city shops ( IKEA shibuya or IKEA Shinjuku ) all products will only be shipped from IKEA Kohoku store. The service is not available for items that are not in stock at IKEA Kohoku.

When you pick up at City Shops (IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku and IKEA POP-UP Stores eligible for the service) please check if it is possible for you to bring it back home by yourself.

  2. In the "Collect at store" section, select your preferred IKEA store from "Select a store" button. Then, select the date and time for pick-up.
  3. Pay for the goods and services together.

How to receive goods

Receive the goods at the goods pick-up counter on the ground floor of the selected IKEA store on the date and time specified.
( IKEA Shibuya: customer support counter on 2nd floor IKEA Shinguku: Return counter on the ground floor )
When receiving, please show the following two items to staff.

  1. An email with the title "ご注文商品お受け取りのご連絡".(when you pick up at IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku or IKEA POP-UP Stores eligible for the service, an email with the titile "IKEA 注文番号:" or "【IKEA 〇〇】オーダー".
  2. Identification documents (driver's licence, insurance card, etc.)
  • The goods will be delivered unpacked. Please come prepared with a bag to take them home. If you are ordering large items, please check the package size and weight from the product page in advance, to ensure that the product you are receiving can be loaded into your car.
  • When picking up the goods, please check the packages for any damage yourself.
  • If the person receiving the goods is different from the person who placed the order, please make sure to inform us at the time of ordering and bring the email you received and the identification documents of the person who placed the order on the day of receiving.

Even if you don't have a car you can take it home today.
We’ve teamed up with TIMES MOBILITY CO., LTD. to offer you a car-sharing service so you can drive your purchases home.

From 220 yen for 15 minutes (including petrol).

How to use

  1. Join as a TIMES member
    Join at the Times Mobility website or the TIMES Car App from the QR code in the in-store communication.
  2. Booking
    Book a vehicle at your local IKEA store on the Times Mobility website.
    * Rental/return times vary by store. For the location of the car stations, please check the Times Car App.
  3. Unlock the car
    Go to the car-sharing parking lot and unlock the door by holding your Times Mobility membership card over the vehicle, or with your smartphone when you register.
    * Parking locations vary from store to store.
  4. Driving
    Observe the rules of use.
  5. Returning
    Return the vehicle to the store and lock it by holding it up with your Times Mobility membership card or your smartphone when you register.
