Tracking the delivery of goods
You can track and manage your order here:
The order number is a ten-digit number starting with 1 (for example: 1119572572)
For online orders, the number can be found in the confirmation e-mail. If the order was created in an IKEA store, you will find the number under iSell in the top right-hand corner.
You can track all orders, whether they have been made in a store or online. The order status tells you where exactly your Home Delivery order or your Click & Collect order currently is.
What do the order statuses mean?
Order has been received
Order has been created and will soon be processed.
Order has been prepared
We have prepared the order for the delivery company, which will soon receive it.
Distribution to the customer has started
Order received by the delivery company. NOTE: The order will be delivered in the agreed delivery window.
Order has been delivered
Order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
Order has been cancelled
The order has been automatically cancelled – a co-worker from our Customer Support Centre will contact you to agree on the next steps.
If an order is cancelled by the customer, the goods are returned to the IKEA store and your money is returned to you within 14 days.
Who delivers my order?
IKEA cooperates with service partners. Different orders may therefore be delivered by different delivery companies.
Large or fragile orders
Large or fragile orders are delivered by IKEA or one of its service partners. The delivery date is chosen in advance by the customer. Orders can be tracked in our system using the ten-digit order number.
Orders from 15 to 30 kilogrammes
Parcels are delivered by the company PPL. These orders cannot be tracked in our system. After the goods have been transferred to the delivery company, it will send you an SMS with the consignment number. The delivery status can be tracked in the delivery company's system.

If the order is to be delivered by IKEA or by HRAL, the company will contact you before delivery. Goods are delivered on the day and in the time window chosen during the ordering process.
If the order is to be delivered by PPL, you will receive information about the delivery in the form of an SMS direct from the company on the day of delivery.
You can find your order and check its status in the Order History section. If your order has arrived at a Pick up Point, you can pick it up. Your chosen date and time for pick up can be found in the order information.
If your order is to be collected at a Pick up Point, it will be ready for you on the chosen day and time. You will receive an SMS telling you that your order is ready for pick up. We recommend keeping to the agreed pick up time.
If your order is to be collected at a store, the order will be ready for you at the time and day stated in the order confirmation you receive after paying.
Log in to your account on our website or search for the order according to the number and your e-mail address. Click on the order to adjust or cancel it. For orders with home delivery, this is dependent on the status of the order.
If the order was created at an IKEA store, a notice of withdrawal from the order must be sent in writing through our contact form. In the form, select the "Withdrawal from contract" option.
Any changes to the delivery date must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the agreed delivery window. Delivery times can only be moved to the next day, and not to an earlier day. Log in to your account on our website or search for the order according to the number and your e-mail address. Changes can be made after clicking on the order. For Home Delivery orders, this is dependent on the status of the order.
It is not possible to change, add or subtract products in an order that has been paid for. If you need to change any data in the order, please contact us by phone on our customer helpline at +420 234 567 890.
We endeavour to meet our obligation to comply with the agreed delivery window for orders. Unfortunately, it is possible that your order will be delayed by unforeseen events during the delivery process. We will contact you in the event of a major delay or complications during the delivery process.
