Good to know
Our guarantees start on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
Living room
We can offer you a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship that covers frames and cushions of our sofas, armchairs, sofa-beds, and footstools. For some products, this involves a 25-year guarantee. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the below booklet.
Kitchen
We offer you a 25-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship of the METOD kitchen system. We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship of the ENHET kitchen system. All indoor kitchen mixer taps have a 10-year guarantee and IKEA appliances have a 5-year guarantee. This guarantee is valid for domestic kitchen use and is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this folder.
Storage
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in materials, workmanship, and function on all the main parts of the BROR storage system. That excludes the BROR trolley, workbench, shelf divider, add-on shelf, and tool holder. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the below booklet.
Bedroom
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers mattresses and bed bases marked with the logo above against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not apply to all mattress pads, JESSHEIM mattresses, RAHOLT mattresses, sofa bed mattresses, and children's mattresses. We also offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobes and interior organizers marked with the logo, against defects in materials and workmanship. SKYTTA sliding doors marked with the logo are also covered by a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

Bathroom
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship on the GODMORGON and ENHET bathroom series, all wash-basins, mixer taps, and shower mixers. All shower accessories such as riser rails, head and hand showers, shower hoses, and hand shower parking bracket have a 3-year guarantee. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the below booklet.
Workspace, gaming and office furniture
We are able to offer a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials, workmanship, and function on all main parts in the BEKANT series, IDÅSEN series, GALANT storage system, RODULF desk, TOMMARYD table, TROTTEN series, and HÄLLAN cabinets.
Work chairs FLINTAN, MARKUS, HATTEFJÄLL, JÄRVFJÄLLET, ALEFJÄLL, TROLLBERGET, LIDKULLEN, MULLFJÄLLET, LÄKTARE, LÅNGFJÄLL and FJÄLLBERGET all have a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship in the moving parts and frame.
We can offer you a 3-year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship that covers the UPPSPEL, UTESPELARE, FREDDE, and HUVUDSPELARE gaming desks.
Gaming chairs STYRSPEL, GRUPPSPEL, MATCHSPEL, UTESPELARE, and HUVUDSPELARE all have a 3-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
