Did you buy the LETTAN mirror? Replace the brackets for free to reapply the mirror to the wall.

IKEA asks customers who have purchased the LETTAN mirror, to order free brackets to reapply the mirror to the wall (ref. 139298/1), here or at an IKEA store.

Applicable to LETTAN mirrors with a production date of 2105 (year/week) or earlier, or equal to or earlier than 2325 (year/week) and code 21944 – as marked in red in the example below. 

Safety is a priority for IKEA. All our products are tested and comply with current legislation.

We were aware that these brackets to apply the mirror to the wall – only from the lots and references mentioned above – run the risk of breaking, causing the mirror to fall. For this reason, it is necessary to remove the mirror from the wall until the brackets are replaced (instructions to disassemble the mirror down this page).
